With over 20 years of experience in AV design and production, Stephen is the founder and driving force behind Delaware Audio Visual Integration & Design. His background spans event production, technical direction, and custom AV solutions for large-scale installations. As a Crestron Certified Programmer, Steve is highly regarded for his advanced programming skills, which allow him to tailor complex AV systems to meet the unique needs of each environment. From system logic to user interface design, he brings both technical precision and creative vision to every project. He holds a degree in Communications from Seton Hall University.

Nancy Adler

With 35 years of professional experience in high-production operations, logistics, and customer service, Nancy brings exceptional leadership and organizational skills to her role. For the past 20 years, she has contributed to the success of Delaware Audio Visual in a variety of capacities. She officially joined the company in 2013 as a Project Manager, leveraging her background in credit card banking operations and real estate to excel in managing complex projects. Her diverse experience provided a strong foundation in team coordination and client relations. Now serving as Director of Operations, Nancy focuses on optimizing workflows and delivering outstanding customer service. She believes that effective communication is the cornerstone of every successful operation.

Bill Sahm

With over 35 years in the audio-visual industry, Bill Sahm leads Delaware Audio Visual as Managing Director of Sales and Engineering. Known for blending technical expertise with strategic vision, Bill has spent his career designing and delivering complex AV systems for clients across healthcare, education, government, and corporate sectors. He specializes in large-scale video wall systems, custom integration solutions, and bridging technology with business strategy. Bill’s leadership ensures every project reflects the company’s commitment to quality, innovation, and long-term client relationships.

Debra Perez

Debra L. Perez is an experienced finance executive with over 30 years of expertise in corporate finance and administration. Holding a degree in Business Administration and certifications in computer programming, Debra brings a unique focus on data accuracy and systems management to her role as Finance Manager at DAV. She leads the company's financial operations, drives cost-saving initiatives, and fosters strong vendor partnerships, all while prioritizing workplace safety. Known for her leadership and collaborative spirit, Debra inspires her team to excel and contributes to DAV’s strong company culture. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities with her family and is passionate about rescuing and training German Shepherd Dogs, affectionately known as her “fur babies,” who join in on family adventures.

Caleb Eller

As Project Manager, Caleb Eller plays a key role in translating complex system designs into seamless, real, world results. With deep experience in audiovisual integration across healthcare, education, government, esports, and enterprise environments, Caleb combines technical precision with strong leadership in the field. His hands, on approach, attention to detail, and commitment to collaboration ensure that every Delaware AV project is delivered on time, on budget, and built to perform for years to come.

James brings over a decade of sales experience across diverse industries, with a strong commitment to understanding and supporting client needs. With a lifelong passion for audio, he specializes in designing audiovisual environments that are both functional and impactful. Known for his approachable style and customer-first mindset, James strives to create positive experiences while building lasting relationships founded on trust and collaboration.

Andrew Parker

Andrew joined Delaware AV in July and quickly advanced into his new role leading our service and maintenance operations. His dedication to customer satisfaction and field experience makes him a key part of our ongoing commitment to responsive, high, quality support.
